The La Magdalena Festival is the main annual celebration of the city of Castellón de la Plana (Spain), which has the status of an event of international tourist importance.
The festival commemorates the city’s founding. It reenacts the events of 1252, when the inhabitants migrated from Magdalena Hill to the fertile plain (La Plana).
