Every spring, the Madrid Book Fair becomes one of the main cultural events for literature lovers.
The first edition was held in 1933. Today, more than 350 booths that gather in the Paseo de Coches in Madrid’s Retiro Park not only offer the public the opportunity to learn about the latest literary novelties, but also to greet their favorite writer. Every day, bookstores and publishers organize book signing sessions with the most popular authors. You can also find books of all kinds at the different stands, which can be purchased at an attractive discount.
