World-renowned opera star Aida Garifullina will perform in Cyprus with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Myron Michailidis. These spectacular open-air concerts will take place on October 9 and 10, 2026, at an iconic historical venue: the Ancient Theatre of Kourion, near Limassol.
Masterpieces of world classical music will be performed, including iconic opera arias, lyrical duets, and orchestral works by Bizet (such as the “Habanera” from *Carmen*), Puccini, Verdi (*La Traviata*), Tchaikovsky (“Eugene Onegin”), and Strauss.
A fully live performance under the starry sky, set on a cliff with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The organizers will provide soft cushions for every guest on the amphitheater’s stone tiers.
