This is one of Italy’s most famous and prestigious music festivals, held annually outdoors in the historic center of Lucca, Tuscany. What makes the festival unique is that concerts are not held on a single stage, but rather as a series of individual shows featuring world-class stars over the course of a month in ancient squares (the main one being Piazza Napoleone) and along the Renaissance walls.
